With a fine arts background in mixed media,  and paintings of traditional subjects,  abstracts,  landscapes,  nudes,  cultural and the obscure,  executing live art performances,  and becoming proficient at graphic design and printing,  I've come to embrace techniques of hand engraving and laser assisted engravings on a multitude of substrates. Though the disciplines industrial specs, tolerances, and technical drawings, I found extreme comfort in navigating special equipment and tools with both industrial and delicate engravings. This site will dedicate itself to the works of 1911s, and other unique pieces created and commissioned.
